Working Together to Succeed founder Graham Hughes has been working in Community Development for 15 years and has spent the last 3 years assisting people into work. The hardest sector to place were people with additional needs.

To address this we are looking to set up a company that just employs people with additional needs.

In order to achieve this aim, we would like to meet and discuss projects with any person with any additional need who would like to work, earn a living and lives within a commutable distance of Wolverhampton.

Once we have designed a plan and picked an avenue to go down we can look at finding funding and developing the project.

This is not a promise of imminent work, there will be plenty of planning and hard work to put in before we get to the stage of employing people, but we would really like to build a company that does what you want to do from the beginning.

If this interests you or a person you care for, please get in touch, sending a short covering letter explaining why you are interested, your aims and ambitions, what sort of work you would like to do and any previous experience.

Working together to Succeed will then arrange a meeting to get together to discuss opportunities. These will be group sessions, but for those unable to attend this type of meeting we will arrange small group or individual one-to-one meetings. First stage meeting will normally be held via Zoom for those that can.

Working Together to Succeed is a Community Interest Company, set up to enable people with additional needs to get into work. Any profits made are reinvested in the project.
